Finance Administrator (Accounts Payable)

What you will really be doing

  • Responsible for vendor inquiries on invoices and payments
  • Review and process invoices and employee expense reports
  • Register invoices to the ERP system and maintain the Vendor sub-ledger
  • Perform Vendor accounts reconciliation
  • Participate in monthly closing
  • Handle banking relations and cash management
  • Provide strong internal and external audit support
  • Know the Accounts Payable processing and procedures with strong attention to detail
  • Adhere to corporate and regulatory policies and deadlines
  • Perform monthly, weekly and ad-hoc financial reports
  • Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making cooperative analyses
  • Participation in various ad-hoc projects



  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Understanding of accounting principles and applications
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel with an affinity for learning new systems
  • Ability to work in a fast moving, dynamic team environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance is preferred, other qualifications are a plus
  • E-commerce knowledge is a plus
  • Analytical thinking & excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manipulate large volumes of data
  • Ability to work on conflicting priorities, be proactive and self-motivated
  • Flexible and open-minded
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team and take on new tasks with high level of difficulty
  • Good attention to detail, self-starter
  • Fluent in English, any other languages are an asset
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
