Business Analyst (Web)

What you will really be doing

  • The main task will be developing functional requirements, wireframes and presenting them to Project Managers and the Technology Management
  • Ensure that User Stories meet the criteria so the work can be designated as complete
  • Assist the development team, Project Managers and Technology Managers with release planning, functional research, and release testing
  • Participate in team planning meetings and be available to provide advice, clarification and guidance during the execution of each Sprint
  • Review completed work from the development Sprint
  • Work closely with the Designer team on functional requirements
  • Product Knowledge – Become an expert in the subject matter of relevant product domains (becoming an expert in the product from a feature / functionality perspective is a requirement)
  • Market Knowledge – Develop an understanding of the target market, user base and use these to guide product decisions
  • Follow Product Development workflows and rules

Requirements

Expectations

  • 5+ years of relevant Web Product Management experience
  • 3+ years of experience working on high-traffic websites
  • The passion and the experience to create consumer facing web and mobile applications with a strong understanding of usability
  • Strong user, customer orientation
  • The ability to use wireframes to plan new functionalities and the ability to create UML diagrams
  • Basic technical skills, especially in Web development technologies
  • Skilled at writing User Stories, Acceptance criteria and Functional specifications
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum)
  • Familiarity with change management tools, such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Upper intermediate English knowledge (B2) or higher

  • Developer background
  • Agile Certification (Certified Product Owner)
  • Experience with Live Streaming Services
