Digital Air Strike is the leader in social media, online reputation management and digital engagement for businesses. The Reputation Coordinator is a part-time position, working 2nd shift - Sunday through Thursday. This role is located at our NEWLY RENOVATED Scottsdale, AZ headquarters.
This person will need strong computer skills, Microsoft Office program knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, this person must demonstrate English proficiency and a firm understanding of grammar as they will be posting live responses on reputation websites for our clients. This is a task-oriented position that requires attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude.
Primary responsibilities will be:
- Crafting customized review responses, logging them in our internal tools, and posting them live on review sites.
- Creating and sending client notifications of customer reviews.
- Checking client information to make sure that we have the correct info.
- Auditing internal tools.
- Communicating any access issues or escalated reviews to the Digital Specialist team.
