About the Function
Supply Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Tower is part of Global Supply Chain and Procurement organization and provides oversight on financial activities and controls including general accounting, management and external reporting and financial planning and analysis. The tower is responsible for the interpretation of financial and statutory data, the coordination and management of financial and statutory reporting, the management of the P&L and balance sheet delivering solutions that will increase insight and transparency.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and post accruals to ensure the month-end results show the clear and fair picture
- Support accuracy and completeness of the reporting in the financial and Statutory statements
- Apply finance technical reporting expertise to accounting processes, including IFRS standards
- Continuously supervise the BS accounts for any inconsistencies
- Operate the statutory and transfer pricing processes
- Support key financial controlling processes: month end and period end closes, journal entry preparation, financial statement preparation and review, KPI and data quality monitoring, balance sheet review preparation, adherence to CARM controls
- Support that statutory and management reporting for the legal entities within the scope of the role is completed accurately, on time and in line with internal and external controls
- Prepare year-end statutory adjustments and transfer pricing reports with the relevant partners in the market and in Group
About You
Experience / skills required
- University / College degree in Economics or Finance and Accounting
- 3-4 years' experience in accounting/financial controlling
- Experience working within an international / multicultural environment
- Good understanding of the financial controlling processes (Balance sheet, Group and Local Financial Reporting, Accounting principles) and Risk Management (Internal Controls, Managing Risk, Embedding Compliance & Ethics)
- Sophisticated analytical skills to be able to see and understand the big picture and deliver message
- Proficient English
