Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work with regional teams on a ongoing basis to continuously identify, implement and realize efficiencies in P&L. Continue to embed a ""productivity and efficiency culture in the Demand Organization
  • Support implementation of all strategic and tactical projects around revenue management
  • Support annual planning process with regions. Planning activities primarily include the annual budgeting process and development of the capital plan.
  • Periodic activities of monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting efforts as well as event-driven activities. Forecasting activities primarily include year-end or rolling forecasts, including development of P&Ls, balance sheets and cash-flow statements, and collaboration with operations in the generation.
  • Preparing of finance committee and/or executive committee documents (e.g. Cluster BPM)
  • Fulfilling of various ad hoc reporting requirements
  • Monitor analyst reports and summarize the key highlights and any actionable insights emerging from it.
  • Reporting of prior and current year actuals including variance analysis against budget and outlook
  • Act as a query response mechanism for the below while they are managed by DBSI, give them the business context leading to timely resolution of queries.
  • Front end A&P budget planning and budget management by working closely with Shopper and Brand Marketing teams.
  • Partner with commercial in driving Franchisee business, liaison with the franchisee business partners in timely closure of commercial arrangements on an ongoing basis.
  • External and Internal Audit Liaison
  • Champion the embedding of a compliance culture within USL.


EXPERIENCE AND KEY SKILLS:
  • CA with 5 -6 years of post-qualification experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to do financial simulations/modelling & share insights
  • Strong in business partnering and collaboration
  • Be able to navigate a large organization and liaise with the relevant stakeholders to get things done on time.
