About the Function:

Role Responsibilities:

1.Ensure timely and accurate functioning of the automatic tools that manage invoices credit memos and debit memos reception, by reviewing and monitoring the related controls and reports.

2.Validate issues evidenced in the process of reception through both channels manual and automatic and detonate corrective actions looking for issue resolution.

3.Achieve critical KPIs by understanding the impact of them and pursuing the relevant process improvements

4. Supports team leader to deliver insights on the reception team performance and O&Rs identified in BAU operation

5.Effective quality checks evidenced by zero aged tickets on supplier service hub tool.

6.Follow up the returned to vendor invoices (RTV) ensuring scanning process is fully finished and are re submitted accordingly to our policies including manage the invoices with vendors.

7.Ensure all the relevant STP controls are operated and adhered to in their area of work.

8. When needed, supports invoice processing to ensure team's SLA.

Experience / skills required:

• Bachelor's degree such as but not limited to, BCom, BBA, BBM
• Experience in process automation with RPA tools or scripts (UiPath, Power Automate, Python, SQL etc.).
• Proficiency in visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, others.
• English: intermediate level (ability to read technical documentation and communicate in global environments).

Experience

• Manage of SAP ERP FI and MM Modules
• 2-3 years of experience in a computerized accounting department of a large, reputable commercial organization
• Analysis ability to provide insights and make fast improvements
• Customer care and team playing skills
• Agile work mindset

• Good understanding of accounts payable process
• Experience in Invoice processing
• Understanding of accounting
• Tax requirements understanding
