We’re applying the best of data and technology to serve women who have been ignored for far too long—from developing the shopping experiences she’s always wanted, to building community platforms that inspire her, to ensuring she sees herself represented in the world around her.

What We’re Looking For

We are expanding our elite team of customer experience associates and are looking for passionate team members to join us! We are seeking enthusiastic, approachable and highly motivated problem solvers to be the first point of contact for our customer, and her strongest advocate within the company. You'll communicate with our customer over phone, email and live chat, both problem solving on the fly and acting as a brand ambassador for Dia&Co. You are a true people person and helping others is part of your DNA. You’re a strong communicator and highly organized with the ability to keep many balls in the air. If you like to work on collaborative teams and have a knack for solving customer-related issues, this is the place for you.
