We’re expanding our talented team and are looking for passionate, smart and multi-talented go-getters to join us.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for an experienced art director who lives for brand creative, but understands how to create effective assets for performance marketing. A conceptual thinker, this person will play a critical role in evolving Dia’s visual design while helping to generate and execute ongoing campaigns. This role will be counted on to both contribute original designs while providing direction to more junior members of the team.

You

  • have 8+ years experience in design/art direction at an agency or in-house
  • can link us to a strong portfolio demonstrating a breadth of work including digital, print, and experiential
  • are passionate about maintaining brand standards with relentless consistency
  • know how to use data to inform more effective creative
  • are an excellent communicator
  • are collaborative
