Digital Order Control Analyst - Digital Operations (DFW, TX)

Principal Accountabilities include but are not limited to:

Monitor, track, and audit performance on Digital Products Processes in order to identify and address improvement opportunities. Support onshore Digital Order Control Office Personnel as well as offshore vendor. Compile and distribute reports, monitor production schedules to ensure all SLA's are met. Perform quality audits to ensure digital processes and products are meeting accuracy targets. Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports to leadership. Analyze trends and provide feedback to leadership by presenting pertinent data in a professional and concise manner. Utilize systems to resolve digital errors. Coordinate and lead various projects required by the business. Communicate directly with Sales and Leadership via email and phone to handle escalations.


  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process
  • Digital Web experience
  • Vendor management experience
  • Excel skills
  • Deep understanding of digital processes


  • Excellent communication skills in a professional and corporate environment
  • Excellent planning and follow-up skills
  • SQL knowledge preferred but not required
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Proficient knowledge of digital processes and systems
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
