About the position:

Our number one goal is to provide an exceptional experience during every interaction we have with our clients. As a Client Care Advocate you will provide above and beyond service by owning all issues presented to you through complete resolution. This position is responsible for negotiating financial settlements in a manner that is a win for the company and the client.
