Job Description:
DB USA Core Corporation seeks a Vice President, in New York, NY to handle key responsibilities for model development and optimization process, requiring the use of advanced statistical analysis and techniques. Requires a Master's degree in Financial Engineering, Finance, or related field or equivalent and three (3) years of experience ensuring AML coverage assessment, model review and validation are completed in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering model governance frameworks. Must include at least three (3) years of experience supporting risk and typology exercises and remediating any gaps; coordinating Data Governance and Data Quality efforts for financial crime systems and processes; identifying and procuring critical data elements, to enhance the effectiveness of transaction monitoring systems (TMS) and processes; identifying data and process issues affecting TMS, and handling remediation of issues; performing model development and optimization, and coordinating enhancement of detection rules for Private Banking segment; performing statistical analysis, threshold tuning, customer segmentation, data mining and contextual searches using SQL, R and Python; and in executing duties, utilizing Mantas, Actimize, PRIME, and Norkom, and Transaction Monitoring and Case Management systems. #DNI
