As a Quality Assurance Associate within the CTO & HR Transformation organization, you will be responsible for performing various activities designed to ensure the accuracy and completeness of processes across Deutsche Bank USA Corp. By cultivating relationships across the organization you will review business processes by performing control assessments, sample data testing, and measurement point analysis. You will issue an assessment on the effectiveness of controls and supporting documentation and indicate if they meet Firm standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Analyze identified issues and control failures for processes and determine upstream and downstream impacts on related processes or systems, as well as escalation of issues
Draft recommendations and liaise with business process owners to establish an Internal Control Operating Model that institutes business process and data quality controls, technology controls and risk data aggregation, and risk reporting (RDA&RR) and data measurement points (DMPs) as a minimum standard for all processes
Provide guidance to process owners if the quality of the data is fit for purpose; if the origins of the data are clear and well-documented in process documentation and if data definitions and standards established by the organization are being applied consistent with those standards
Consistent with BCBS 239 Principles (the "Principles"), perform independent validation on business processes to ensure controls are reflected as DMPs to measure effectiveness
Cultivate relationships across the organizations as well as key constituency groups to standardize documentation and the use of controls and data integrity
Your Skills and Experience:
Degree in economics, finance, accounting, or other related area; previous relevant experience in the financial services Industry
Ability to organize and present data in a meaningful way, including analyzing and summarizing detailed information from various sources
Ability to work within a team and to collaborate with peers and leadership to create effective solutions to validation issues
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
