What You'll Do
- Working with the following technology platforms: Operating systems: (e.g. UNIX, Windows and Linux) and the underlying infrastructure environments, Middleware: (e.g. Informatica, Extract-to-Load (ETL), Tibco, MQ and etc., Servers: (Tomcat, Apache, IIS Web Servers and similar), Database environments (e.g. Oracle, IBM DB2, Sybase, and SQL Server), Automation, monitoring and data analytics tools, scheduling tool (Control-M, Cron jobs, windows task scheduler and Oracle EPM (Brio) and similar tools), and Utilize Appway BAM tool or other reporting technologies to provide the Business with Management Information reports, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights
- Participate in project team meetings and report projects status as required, while evaluating new Appway features and analyze impact on existing customizations and integrations when performing platform and solution upgrades
- Determine system performance standards and coordinate with third party software suppliers for problem investigation and resolutions and perform data masking and setup configuration in sandboxes after periodic refreshes from production
- Analyze impact due to hardware, software, Operation System, and layered products upgrades, write high quality code according to Deutsche Bank standards, and solve business or production problems
- Development and deployment of enterprise data and analytics capabilities, as well as work closely with product teams and business stakeholders to deliver data products in a collaborative and agile environment
- Evaluate innovative technologies and tools while establishing standard design patterns and best practices
Skills You'll Need
- Good understanding of ITIL Service Management framework such as Incident, Problem, and Change processes with a deep understanding of the FNZ Studio Platform (Appway Studio) and Appway Application business components
- Extensive experience in IT in large corporate environments, specifically in the area of controlled production environments or in Financial Services Technology in a client-facing function, Service Operations, development experience within a global operations context with experience of end-to-end Level 2,3,4 management and good overview of Production/Operations Management overall, supporting complex application and infrastructure domains
- ITIL / best practice service context (ITIL foundation is plus) with proficiency in various database scripting languages like MYSQL, Apex, Native, VisualForce, Python and intermediate knowledge of JavaScript and C# language
- Domain Knowledge: Prior experience with Banking / Investment Platforms
- Knowledge of Agile methods (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and tools (Jira, TeamCity , GitHub, Confluence)

- Educational Background: Master's degree in computer science or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $78,000 to $111,800.Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
