Our Talent Acquisition and Graduate Recruitment practitioners are a dedicated team forming part of the wider Capability organizations within HR, with strong partnerships & relationships with divisional business and infrastructure functions.

By joining the Graduate function you will partner Senior Management to continue to embed the junior talent and graduate strategy into the broader People Agenda at Deutsche Bank. You will design & maintain university and campus relations, devise regional diversity & inclusion strategies and promote Deutsche Bank as an employer of choice. The role includes partnering the Americas ExCo, HR Management Group, and senior business teams in devising the entry level strategy, and recruiting the pipeline, intern and graduate classes into the Americas across the franchise, representing Deutsche Bank internally and externally and helping to drive the Talent Acquisition agenda within HR and across the organization.

- Business & HR stakeholder management & best practice consultancy
- Management & accountability of the regional team of recruiters, related RPO services & internal HR operational teams
- Partnership with Employer Brand, Communications and Press teams
- Delivery of diverse high quality pipeline, intern, graduate and MBA classes
- Overseeing the roll out of campus engagement & attraction activities
- Providing expertise & operational governance internally across the talent agenda
- Oversight of Technology graduate rotation & placement program across the Americas (tech centers and hubs)
- Ensuring brand integrity & authenticity – delivery on promise
- Ensuring symbiotic partnerships with regional graduate teams
- Inspiring others, creating engagement, enthusiasm and commitment

You will have:
- Previous relevant years of Graduate & management experience, additional professional recruitment experience an advantage
- Ability to manage high volume & operational delivery
- Strategic ability to create change, challenge status quo & inspire and lead others
- Ability to influence without management lines
- An understanding of key trends and markets, research & generations
- Interest in the Future of Work & application from a talent perspective
- Experience in delivering projects initiatives global as well as locally
