Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. seeks an Associate, in New York, NY to identify market themes of consolidation among key industry players as well as business divestitures, companies focusing on particular verticals and market shifts in the payments and technology industry. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, or related field or equivalent, and two (2) years of experience producing reports analyzing company financials and investment decisions. Must include at least two (2) years of experience working with company public filings such as annual, quarterly and proxy filings to extract relevant company information; interpreting data concerning price, yield, stability, and future trends of investments; analyzing efficient capital use and allocation based on financial data for clients; summarizing data describing current and long-term trends in investment risks and economic influences pertinent to investments; creating company operating forecast models; performing analysis of company cost of capital; creating financial models analyzing merger transactions including accretion / dilution analysis; performing future share price analysis based on merger and company operating models; analyzing value attributable to tax assets following or created during a merger transaction; performing company valuation based on intrinsic value/discounted cash flow methodology; calculating returns from transactions and acquisitions, including internal rate of return and money on invested capital analysis; and performing various analyses on precedent transactions including M&A premia analysis. #DNI
