Job Description:
DB Global Technology, Inc. seeks an Associate in Cary, North Carolina to analyze technical science, engineering, business, and data processing problems to implement and improve computer systems. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science or related field or equivalent and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience automating and executing manual tests for regular software releases of technical components. Prior experience must include at least five (5) years of progressively responsible experience planning and performing exploratory, functional, and non-functional testing; writing features acceptance criteria, test suites, and detailed test cases; developing and extending testing automation tools and frameworks; maintaining, executing, and extending manual and automated regression packs with new features; testing complex distributed systems, including integration testing of upstream and downstream systems; using JMS, SQL, Oracle, MySQL, Postgres, and other middleware messaging products to develop solutions to technical issues; building and maintaining accurate, efficient, and easily approachable test automation framework, comprising of all utilities for user interface and services automation; and in executing duties, utilizing C, C++, Java, JavaScript, VBScript, Hadoop, HBase, IBM InfoSphere, MySQL, Oracle, Agile, Waterfall, Selenium web automation, SOAP UI, IBM Rational Functional Tester, HP Quality Test Professional, IBM ClearQuest, HP Quality Center, Jira, IBM Rational Team Concert, BitBucket, IBM Quality Management Systems, and IBM Rational Portfolio Manager. #DNI
