Job Description:
Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. seeks an Associate, Global Credit Trading, Structured Credit Group, in New York, NY to provide a full range of asset financing and structured finance solutions across Global Markets, including illiquid credit, securitizations, hard assets financings and related across lender finance, unsecured consumer, and alternative Asset Based Securities ("ABS") asset classes. Requires a Master's degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent and one (1) year of experience analyzing credit data and financial statements to determine the risk involved in extending credit and issuing loans. Prior experience must include one (1) year of experience performing complex financial modeling and asset valuation using advanced Excel Models and VBA programming and preparing reports with credit information for use in decision making; assisting with Operational Risk assessments for new financial transactions in the ABS asset class; working with structured finance, securitization frameworks, and regulations, including Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs), Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), and new risk retention rules; reviewing complex legal documents, including Bond and CLO Indentures, Loan Agreements and Offering Documents; performing in-depth market and product research using Bloomberg Terminal and Rating Agency services; and reviewing monthly distribution and transaction monitoring reports to ensure the accuracy of calculations and reflect the structure as defined in the legal deal documents. #DNI
