Job Description:
DB USA Core Corporation seeks an Assistant Vice President, in New York, NY to Drive an operational environment for Prop Trading Controls - Volcker platform applications by performing daily operational tasks, change and new services, and incident and problem management to ensure a stable operating environment. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field or equivalent and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience designing, developing, and modifying software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design. Prior experience must include five (5) years of progressively responsible experience defining, documenting, and maintaining procedures, SLAs and knowledge base to support platforms and ensure consistency of service levels; processing unstructured data of big data processing applications to determine business needs; working with big data ecosystems; utilizing MapReduce, Hive, Pig, and HDFS to ingest unstructured data patterns into relational databases; and in executing duties, utilizing SQL, PL/SQL, Shell Scripts, Oracle, MarkLogic Admin, Micromuse (Netcool), SQL Plus & Analyzer, SNOW/RNOW, and Visio. #DNI
