Job Description:
DB Global Technology Inc. seeks an Assistant Vice President in Cary, NC to implement preventative and proactive measures, rigorous production change delivery, and cost awareness. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience providing high quality technical support to business lines. Prior experience must include at least five (5) years of progressively responsible experience supporting computer applications for regulatory, risk, compliance, and e-discovery production services and reporting processes; working across functions and teams to accurately and quickly resolve issues; defining, documenting, and maintaining procedures, service level agreements (SLAs), and knowledge base to support platforms; addressing and driving critical incidents impacting normal business operations to resolution; conducting post-mortems of incidents and inputting feedback into incident, problem, and change management programs; participating in new releases and production configuration changes; improving processes and removing recurring tasks; and in executing duties, utilizing Unix, Unix shell scripting, SQL, and Oracle. #DNI
