Job Description:
DB Global Technology Inc. seeks an Assistant Vice President in Cary, NC to design, develop, and modify applications and software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related or equivalent and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience developing code using SAS BASE, SAS Macros and SAS/Access on Unix environment. Must include at least five (5) years of progressively responsible experience working with BI-Tools including SAS Information Map Studio, SAS Web Report Studio and SAS Add-In; transforming data using SAS Functions and procedures according to analysis needs; developing tabular and summary reports using SAS Procedures; automating the process using SAS Macros; accessing in-memory LASR tables from SAS Visual Analytics and exploring data using SAS Visual Analytics Designer Hub; accessing Big Data ecosystem components including Map Reduce, PIG, HIVE, and SQOOP using Proc Hadoop; maintaining GIT version control repositories using BitBucket; utilizing Scaled Agile methodology; extracting data through Kafka streaming; debugging issues in C code within SAS Event Stream Processing; ensuring Data Access and security of LASR Tables; and utilizing SAS management console and SAS VA Administrator, assigning groups/roles, restarting servers and loading MRM data to VA tables. #DNI
