Job Description:
DB USA Core Corporation seeks an Assistant Vice President, in New York, NY to provide current and quality data on suppliers to facilitate senior management meetings with vendors and clients, and liaise with the relevant strategic vendors to establish engagement roadmaps. Requires a Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent and five (5) years of experience conducting organizational studies and evaluations, designing systems and management procedures, and developing simplification and measurement studies to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Prior experience must include five (5) years of experience analyzing data and developing solutions for invoice and payment issues with suppliers; performing Business Process Re-engineering, and Future State Assessments; defining solutions and scope, and performing gap analysis in relation to business analysis; utilizing enterprise systems including Automated Billing Systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, Business Continuity Planning, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools; performing data analytics and source checking in relation to vendor intelligence; utilizing pivot tables and macros to perform data compilation and analysis; ensuring documentation compliance with Need-to-Know Policy and Compliance policies; and supporting development of organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, and cost analysis strategies. *Employer will accept three (3) years of academic study towards Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of related work experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree. #DNI
