Work you'll do

As a Transformation Program - Senior Manager, you will lead multi-million dollar, multi-year transformation programs for technology applications used globally by external and internal clients. You will be hands-on and responsible for the overall success of the program including ensuring alignment across executive stakeholders; providing regular executive leadership updates on the roadmap, execution, progress, and key risks facing the program; owning and reporting on the budget aspects of the program; ensuring the business and market needs are being adequately addressed; and ensuring our transformation is truly transformative to lead the market in capabilities for many years to come. Additionally, you will:

  • Drive the delivery of transformation programs
  • Lead and mentor resources
  • Drive project excellence

The team

At Deloitte Tax LLP, our Global Employer Services tax consultants help multinational clients develop tax-aligned compensation and benefits programs that address their international and domestic needs. Our consultants come from global compensation and benefits backgrounds and work with clients to streamline business operations while managing the scalability, risks, and costs of programs. Qualifications Required

  • 10+ years of experience leading increasingly complex transformation programs, working within a large, complex, matrixed organization
  • Experience developing/delivering executive communications (verbal and written)
  • Experience leading project phases including requirements gathering, technical specification development, solution design and architecting, cost estimating, and managing project plans and staffing assignment
  • Experience leading teams comprised of on- and off-shore staff, and mentoring teams to drive optimal performance
  • Experience managing project risks related to delivery of work and the related budgets
  • Ability to build and maintain cross-functional and executive-level relationship
  • Articulate, good presentation and communication skills, and strong influencing and negotiation skills to drive results
  • A Bachelor's degree, ideally in finance or a related field
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Preferred:

  • Previous Big 4 experience
  • Knowledge of tax accounting systems and related technology
