TH - Sales / Account Manager - Technology

  • You will work closely with the leadership team to develop our Thailand practice. Major focus of your work is on selling or generating leads for professional services and delivering business solutions utilizing Supply Chain solutions and ERP applications. Through your extensive network of contacts, you will develop business leads and assist in driving pre-sales initiatives. You will also assist in managing the delivery of the work, and provide subject matter expertise on a firm wide basis.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands on SAP Solution Pre-Sales Experience.
  • SAP implementation experience / background would be an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of services business and end-to-end solution - Technically sound and to lead in solution demo / POC development.
  • Ability to understand and transform business needs to technology requirements.
  • Ability to engage on the most senior level in a client organization; ability to clearly articulate and financially quantify the business value of Deloitte's solutions.
  • Develop Client Relationships to enable the identification of key influences at all levels of the client organization.
  • A good honors Degree in any discipline or other recognized professional qualification
  • Minimum 6 - 8 years of proven business development experience selling ERP (SAP/ Oracle) solutions to corporate customers in one of the following industries:

Manufacturing & High Tech

Consumer & Retail

Industry Machinery

Mining & Construction

  • Experience in leading or managing a pursuit team of an integrated and diverse make-up
  • Proven track record of success to generate leads with an application software vendor or hardware vendor or a major professional services firm
  • Possess a good network with prospects and partners
  • Able to position broad spectrum of professional service offerings
  • Experience in developing formal business cases
  • Strong entrepreneurial skills with high energy and motivation levels
  • A self-starter with drive and determination to succeed
  • An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and a willingness to travel
