Technical Tririga Manager - Strategy & Operations Real Estate & Location Strategy
Deloitte's Real Estate & Facilities Management Transformation practice helps organizations across industries address some of their most complex and challenging real estate IT issues. We assist companies in building the business case for real estate decisions, devise and execute IT implementation road maps, and measure effectiveness against internal expectations and industry benchmarks along the way.
Deloitte's LeasePoint™, powered by IBM TRIRIGA©, is designed as a modern and efficient lease accounting and management SaaS tool to be implemented faster and at a lower cost than many traditional alternatives. This solution was developed to address the new FASB and IASB lease accounting changes.
Work you'll do
As a Manager, you will lead and deliver large, complex IT client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative technology solutions for large companies, primarily IBM TRIRIGA. Manager level responsibilities include: providing service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, defining system requirements, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall IT strategy, system selection or implementation engagement. You will be expected to implement and oversee the quality of deliverables, effectively manage the functional and technical team, support functional tracks of the system implementation and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. Managers participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities. You will have the opportunity to lead small IT engagements or components of large, complex IT engagements.

- Must have 6+ years of consulting or industry experience
- Background of JAVA or related development
- A minimum of 6+ years of IT implementation experience and 5+ years of complex, full lifecycle TRIRIGA configuration , including configuring TRIRIGA business objects, forms, workflows, portals, TRIRIGA security and reports
- 3+ years of hands on experience with integrations development and objects migration
- Prefer at least 2 full TRIRIGA portfolio and lease module implementations
- Demonstrated experience implementing multiple TRIRIGA functional modules
- Ability to travel 80-100%
- Bachelor's degree
- An advanced degree.
- Strong presentation skills and an effective management presence
- Experience and understanding with robotic process automation, including vendors such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.
- Familiarity with information technologies and platforms: such as legacy ERP, cloud software services, and customer services applications.
- Experience with analytics to evaluate and optimize business processes
