System Engineer-Information Technology Services - Jinan

  • Responsible for Helpdesk support and assist users in virus removal & clean up, answering queries relating to application software, laptop/PC usage .
  • Assist in new software application implementations and image update deployment
  • Prepare PCs/laptops software image for new joiners to office and assist user in personalization / data migration tasks
  • Provide support to meetings, events and conferences with respect to IP/Lync Telephony and audio/video/Livemeeting support
  • Bachelor of Computer Science, Information Technology major
  • Hands on administrative knowledge on Win 8 OS, Office 2010/2013 and Microsoft networking environment. Good problem diagnosis skills under Win8 operating environment
  • Fresh graduated, prefer 1 year+ hand on IT technical support experience in commercial environment
  • MCSE certification
  • Self-motivated, good team player, able to work independently, service oriented attitude.
  • Above average English verbal communication capability is required.
