Do you have exceptional eye for detail and a strong understanding of accounting and finance principles? If so, you may be a great fit for our Project Controller Analyst internship program. During this exciting learning experience, you’ll work side-by-side with project teams and analysts either in the office or at the client site to coordinate multiple delivery dates keeping clients’ projects on schedule and within budget and scope. You’ll also communicate with clients to understand their needs and assist in the formation of business strategies. Join us, and gain first-hand insights into the day-to-day challenges and opportunities of this exciting field.

Work you’ll do

As an intern in our project controller practice, you’ll team and collaborate with other controllers to help assist Deloitte project managers in maintaining compliance with clients’ policies, perform internal financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost variance analysis in addition to managing projects’ billing and receivables process. You’ll also monitor project performance and determine improvement areas by developing key performance indicators. On any given assignment, you may help implement internal controls and directly communicate with the project team, finance department, and other project stakeholders to keep projects on track and within the scope of cost.
