We are seeking analytical and strategic thinkers who wish to specialize in helping companies optimize their compensation strategies and programs. As a compensation strategies summer scholar, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients in developing competitive compensation programs tailored to their organization’s business strategy and culture, and in developing effective processes and procedures to support compensation programs.
