Business Analyst Intern –Human Capital, Strategy
When a Federal Agency undergoes significant organizational changes, they need a trusted advisor to help them drive decisions and navigate challenges. From talent strategy to organizational design to change management, our summer scholars look beyond the traditional boundaries within an organization to discover untapped sources of value. An agencies’ most valuable asset is its workforce, and in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice, we work with organizations to align their HR systems and processes with their business strategies. Whether developing a refined method for streamlining new hire onboarding, benchmarking a client’s workforce planning strategies, or testing a payroll system for deficiencies, we help our clients adopt new technology systems to manage their people data.
As a dynamic, strategic thinker who understands the big picture, you will work directly with our clients to help align talent and human resources strategies with broader business objectives.
