Deloitte's Real Estate & Facilities Management Transformation practice helps organizations across industries address some of their most complex and challenging real estate IT issues. We assist companies in building the business case for real estate decisions, devise and execute IT implementation road maps, and measure effectiveness against internal expectations and industry benchmarks along the way.
Deloitte's LeasePoint™, powered by IBM TRIRIGA©, is designed as a modern and efficient lease accounting and management SaaS tool to be implemented faster and at a lower cost than many traditional alternatives. This solution was developed to address the new FASB and IASB lease accounting changes.
Work you'll do
As a Manager, you will lead and deliver large, complex IT client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative technology solutions for large companies, primarily IBM TRIRIGA. Manager level responsibilities include: providing service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, defining system requirements, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall IT strategy, system selection or implementation engagement. You will be expected to implement and oversee the quality of deliverables, effectively manage the functional and technical team, support functional tracks of the system implementation and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. Managers participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities. You will have the opportunity to lead small IT engagements or components of large, complex IT engagements.

Business Model Transformation

Developing and executing our clients' strategic vision, we help them dramatically improve their business performance across a broad range of specialties – enterprise model design, strategic cost transformation, global business services, real estate, and location strategy and customer operations. - Must have 6+ years of consulting or industry experience
- Must have 3+ years TRIRIGA experience or 4+ years of IWMS implementation experience
- Experience leading the functional and technical design, prototyping, and process design stages of implementations (including scenario design, flow mapping)
- Contributing to configuration design, testing and user training
- Understanding of key lease management and corporate real estate industry trends
- Practical experience with three full lifecycle TRIRIGA implementations
- Business case development experience
- Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to travel 80-100%
- Ability to work independently; lead small teams focused on specific work streams of larger projects.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
- Eagerness to mentor junior staff.
- An advanced degree
