Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Solution Manager, Human Capital, Human Resource Transformation in Lake Mary, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do

Assist clients in addressing their most complex business challenges by maximizing performance of the Human Resources (HR) function through leading-edge systems and processes. Define, build, and implement enhancements to HR processes and structures that will improve the HR functional alignment to business objectives and achieve business results. Focus on efficiency of the HR function through functional and technical implementation of systems including SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle. Support system implementation streams from a technical perspective, including cloud-based technologies, data cleansing and conversions, interface design and development, and the systems development life cycle. Participate in the full HR technology implementation lifecycle through planning, requirements gathering, process design, fit/gap assessment, troubleshooting, developing user acceptance testing, and defining support procedures. Execute computer system and business process validation lifecycle procedures and provide support including Risk Assessment, Validation Plan, User Requirements Specifications, Requirements Traceability Matrix, Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, Performance Qualification, and Validation Reports. Deploy, integrate, and troubleshoot AICC, SCORM, HTML5, and mobile based E-learning contents on iContent server in an AKAMAI integrated environment and premise content servers including WebLogic, WebSphere, and Tomcat. Implement SAP SF inter-module integrations including SAP Cloud Employee Central, LMS, Performance Management & Goal Management, Succession Planning, Career Development Plan, and Work Force Analytics. Design and implement single sign on (SSO) integrations and configurations with Microsoft Azure, Okta, and CA Siteminder using standard protocols including SAML 1.1, 2.0, DES, 3DES, SHA-1, and MD5. Create and modify custom reports in SAP SuccessFactors by utilizing advanced reporting tools including Plateau Report Designer/BIRT and Oracle PL SQL. Develop, automate, accelerate, and simplify system solutions by utilizing JavaScript, JAVA/J2EE, XML, XSLT, and Web Services to format data according to client and third party vendor requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology or related field.
  • Must have five years of progressively responsible experience providing strategic HR transformation consulting services to clients on behalf of a global consulting company.
  • Must have five years of experience with:
  • Participating in the full HR technology implementation lifecycle through planning, requirements gathering, process design, fit/gap assessment, troubleshooting, developing user acceptance testing, and defining support procedures;
