Senior SMM specialist - Business Development department

Deloitte is currently looking for a Senior SMM specialist for the Business Development department in the Moscow office.

The role will involve:

  • Development and execution of Social Media strategy for Deloitte CIS
  • Development and support Deloitte CIS online presence on VK, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.
  • Execution control of all Social Media activities
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly Social Media reports
  • Development and management of promo-campaigns on Social Media
  • Competitor analysis
  • Online monitoring through Social Media listening tools
  • Management and development of special projects
  • Customer service for Deloitte CIS, answering all the requests from the candidates, clients etc.
  • Daily communication with content champions, graphic designers
  • Cooperation with partner communities, brand ambassadors

Requirements:

  • Higher Education in the field of Communications, Marketing, Economics and Social sciences (Preferably HSE, MSU, FA, Plekhanov University)
  • +3-5 years work experience as a Digital Communications Specialist, SMM-specialist
  • Practical experience in SMM and digital, proved with portfolio and successful projects in this area
  • Excellent understanding of how to communicate with different audience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills (Russian and English)
