Senior Recruiter - Recruitment - Human Resources(CQ GDC)

Descriptions

  • Work with recruitment manager to provide professional recruitment service to multiple business lines
  • Work closely with hiring managers to clarify recruiting requisitions and ensure that all the recruitment processes are conducted efficiently to meet all assigned KPIs and in accordance with company policies and standards.
  • Build up a strong candidate pool and control recruitment cost to continuously improve the smooth operation of recruitment procedure and process
  • Support the implementation of company and HR programs
  • Actively provide consultation for hiring managers about the recruitment strategy if necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or equivalent trade-off in related professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment. Ability to implement, drive and achieve recruitment targets.
  • Demostrated collaboration skills in working with business and peers
  • Eager to learn and improve
  • Good both in English and Chinese"
