  3. Work you'll do/Responsibilities
  4. We are seeking an experienced Palantir Developer to join our team. As a Palantir Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying data analytics solutions using Palantir's software platform. You will work closely with our business stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs. Responsibilities: - Design, build, and deploy data analytics solutions using Palantir's software platform.

  1. Implement large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud-based platforms
  2. Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions
  3. Drive operational efficiency by maintaining their data ecosystems, sourcing analytics expertise and providing As-a-Service offerings for continuous insights and improvements
  4. Qualifications
  5. Required:
  6. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  7. 6+ years of experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes
  8. 6+ years of experience developing and maintaining data pipelines, data models, and data visualizations
  9. Strong programming skills in languages such as PySpark, Python, TypeScript and JavaScript
  10. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Palantir development
  11. Experience in building Ontology objects in Foundry
  12. Understanding of Ontology concepts and how it facilitates data throughout Foundry applications and permissions
  13. Ability to configure Ontology objects using backing datasets, permissions, etc.
  14. Enabling write back capability with Workshop Actions/scenarios
  15. Developing front end website architecture based on Palantir Foundry
  16. Designing user interactions on web pages within Palantir Foundry Workshop
  17. Ensuring responsiveness of web applications developed on low code/no code solutions
  18. Stay up to date with the latest Palantir releases and best practices
  19. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  20. Strong communication and collaboration skills
  21. Work with business stakeholders to understand data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  22. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and engineers.
  23. Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA; with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations
  24. Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel
  25. Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
