Work you'll do
As a Project Delivery Sr. Analyst in the Technologygroup you will:
- Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices
- Lead and support tasks on engagements related but not limited to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations and Software Application Development & Maintenance
- Create and/or support project deliverables
- Perform analysis and diagnose client issues while demonstrating an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope

OurTechnology team works with clients to help them develop custom softwaresolutions, manage their applications and databases, and provide strategicrecommendations to help them optimize their businesses' operations, processes,and performance.
- Typically has 3 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience
- Ability to work independently, under general guidance
- Ability to lead project deliverables through to completion
- Experience working in a team environment
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Relevant software or application skills to complete job successfully
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- 5-7 years experience supporting various versions Citrix Xenapp (Versions 6.5 and 7.6 Preferred), Citrix Secure Gateway, Citrix Web Interface (Version 5.4 Preferred), Citrix Edgesight, Citrix Director, and Citrix Netscalers (MPX5500, MPX5550 and MPX9700 with firmware versions 10.5 and 9.3 Preferred)
- Experience with STIG implementation or comparable security implementation practices.
- Fundamental knowledge in networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SNMP)
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience designing, documenting and writing deliverable plans for enterprise implementations using Microsoft Office products such as MS Project and MS Visio
- Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Understanding of Data Center technologies and experience with maintaining a Data Center for a medium to large data center
- Experience developing best practices for maintaining firmware and drivers required to sustain a high availability of systems
- Ability to train junior team members.
- Experience developing and maintaining Technical Documentation and Instructions
