Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Manager, Technology, Analytics & Information Management, Information Delivery in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do

Manage day to day interactions with executive clients in the financial services industry while providing data management services. Design, develop, and implement systems and processes to capture, integrate and distribute information in an enterprise. Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; and manage engagement economics and engagement risk. Lead the proposal development process; and the development of proposal pricing strategies. Lead projects with global teams to meet annual target revenues. Perform role of counselor; and provide input and guidance into the staffing process. Conceptualize, design and assist in the implementation of new and existing systems, data warehouse and production architectures. Oversee the implementation of global finance transformation solutions using PeopleSoft and OFSAA's multi-currency and multi-ledger design. Lead the implementation of solution design and data architecture for financial analytics using PeopleSoft for Balance Sheet, Income Statements, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, and General Ledger Reporting. Lead the implementation of profitability and risk management solutions using OFSAA FSDF and AAI Framework. Direct the design of database queries, triggers, procedures, functions, and packages for reporting and data analytics using Oracle and SQL Server. Manage the customization of object development using Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interface, PeopleCode, Data Mover, and Excel to CI. Lead the building of custom reports using OBIEE, XML Publisher, Crystal Reports, nVision, SQR Reports, and PS Queries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering (any), Computer Science, MIS, CIS, or a related field.
  • Six years of experience providing data management services to clients in the financial services industry on behalf of a global consulting company.
  • Must have six years of experience with:
  • Implementing global finance transformation solutions using PeopleSoft and OFSAA's multi-currency and multi-ledger design;
  • Implementing solution design and data architecture for financial analytics using PeopleSoft for Balance Sheet, Income Statements, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, and General Ledger Reporting;
  • Implementing profitability and risk management solutions using OFSAA FSDF and AAI Framework;
  • Designing database queries, triggers, procedures, functions, and packages for reporting and data analytics using Oracle and SQL Server;
  • Customizing object development using Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interface, PeopleCode, Data Mover, and Excel to CI; and

  • In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree in a stated field plus four years of experience.
  • 80% travel required.
