Senior Consultant, Technology, Systems Integration

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant, Technology, Systems Integration in Harrisburg, PA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do

Deliver and deploy custom developed applications for clients, including prototyping, code development, modularization, unit and performance testing, configuration and production deployment. Help to maintain documentation on database designs, functionalities and system specifications. Review process design and recommend improvements. Under supervision of Manager, identify and gather functional requirements, define business processes, develop technical specifications using Microsoft Visio, JIRA and Enterprise Architect. Support full SDLC project lifecycle, including business requirements interoperation and collaboration, enterprise application design, review of coding standards and configuration integration. Participate in conducting functional and technical design sessions and system walkthroughs, analyze test results, defect resolution trends, and application readiness, and prepare executive level reports and presentations using Team Foundation Server from Microsoft. Within a group, provide presales support to the Business development team by performing pricing for fixed costs projections and effort estimation. Create business process diagrams, maintain requirements, review design documents. Assist in developing, monitoring and tracking project deliverables using Microsoft Project Planner, Microsoft Office and Microsoft. Net. Contribute the development of proposal response for Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, including defining requirements, supplier demonstrations, and developing business case documents. Analyze and perform current state system analysis. Utilize Visual Studio, SQL server and Axure to perform testing and demonstrations of customized applications build on .NET and Java platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Two years of experience providing IT consulting services to clients on behalf of a global consulting company.
  • Must have two years of experience in:
  • Identifying and gathering functional requirements, define business processes, develop technical specifications using Microsoft Visio, JIRA, and Enterprise Architect;
  • Supporting full SDLC project lifecycle, including business requirements interoperation and collaboration, enterprise application design, review of coding standards and configuration integration;
