Senior Consultant, Technology, Oracle Package Technologies

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant, Technology, Oracle Package Technologies in Philadelphia, PA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do

Provide Oracle consulting services to clients and implement technology-enabled solutions for clients. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype and test custom technology solutions. Support system implementation for practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. Implement technology-enabled business solutions for clients. Perform end-to-end system and integration testing and defect resolution. Conduct as-is system analysis and business requirement gathering and analysis. Develop functional design specifications for customized solutions and conversion specifications for data migration. Conduct cutover planning and provide post-production stabilization support after project go-live. Coordinate process design, development, and testing with global teams. Provide functional designs and solutions through functional requirements document (MD50) using Microsoft Visio and IndustryPrint by Aris. Configure and set up custom Pricing, Replenishment, Warehouse Inventory Management, Store Inventory Management and supply chain processes utilizing modules including Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS), Oracle Retail Data Warehouse (RDW), Oracle Retail Price Management (RPM), Oracle Store Inventory Management (SIM), Oracle Retail Allocations, Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Product Collaboration, Oracle Agile Administrator, Oracle Agile Advanced Administrator, Oracle Product Cost Management and Oracle Product Portfolio Management. Write and review testing requirements and perform testing including unit, functional, integration, user acceptance, regression, performance and end-to-end testing utilizing TOAD, SQL Developer and HP Quality Center. Utilize Oracle's AIM methodology to author business requirements (RD50's), functional specifications (MD50's), testing requirements (TE40's) for Replenishment, Warehouse and Store Inventory Management and Logistics modules. Provide post go-live support for Replenishment, Inventory, Claims, Receivables, Notifications, Software Subscription, Pricing, Returns and Logistics issues using Risk Logs, Defect and Issue trackers. Design, develop and test custom global enterprise automated replenishment engine using Oracle retail merchandising system, Oracle BI Publisher and SQL.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), MIS, CIS or a related field.
  • Two years of experience providing Oracle consulting services to clients on behalf of a global consulting company.
  • Must have two years of experience with:
  • Providing functional designs and solutions through functional requirements document (MD50) using Microsoft Visio and IndustryPrint by Aris;
  • Configuring and setting up custom Pricing, Replenishment, Warehouse Inventory Management, Store Inventory Management and supply chain processes utilizing modules including Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS), Oracle Retail Data Warehouse (RDW), Oracle Retail Price Management (RPM), Oracle Store Inventory Management (SIM), Oracle Retail Allocations, Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Product Collaboration, Oracle Agile Administrator, Oracle Agile Advanced Administrator, Oracle Product Cost Management and Oracle Product Portfolio Management;
