Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant, Human Capital, Human Resource Transformation, SAP Success Factors in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do

Consult with clients to increase the effectiveness and reduce the costs of human resources (HR) service delivery through improved processes and technologies. Work with teams on engagements that drive strategic HR organizational change for clients. Design and implement technology-enabled business solutions for clients. Facilitate Success Factors Learning Management System (LMS) implementation, including supporting global design workshops, providing guidance to gather and document detailed functional requirements for system build, performing data migration, and implementing organizational changes utilizing AICC and SCORM to troubleshoot LMS content integration and deployment. Conduct validation activities for LMS upgrades, including writing test scripts and testing functionalities. Provide analysis and design support procedures on training solutions for clients within the healthcare and engineering fields. Create custom LMS administration reports and training curricula using Microsoft Excel. Coordinate the efficiency of teams by monitoring project issues, providing solutions on training strategy and design, and defining escalation procedures. Perform unit integration and user testing, and prepare test scripts for SAP implementation. Configure LMS, including defining, building and implementing enhancements to HR learning portals and processes. Handle integration of LMS models with internal and external HR systems and ensure adherence of the SAP Success Factors software application to business objectives and practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology or a related field.
  • Two years of experience providing SAP Success Factors consulting services to clients on behalf of a global company.
  • Must have two years of experience with:
  • Conducting validation activities for LMS upgrades, including writing test scripts and testing functionalities;
  • Providing analysis and designing support procedures on training solutions for clients within the healthcare and engineering fields;
  • Creating custom LMS administration reports and training curricula using Microsoft Excel;
  • Coordinating the efficiency of teams by monitoring project issues, providing solutions on training strategy and design, and defining escalation procedures;
  • Performing unit integration and user testing, and preparing test scripts for SAP implementation;
  • Configuring LMS, including defining, building and implementing enhancements to HR learning portals and processes; and
  • Handling integration of LMS models with internal and external HR systems and ensuring adherence of the SAP Success Factors software application to business objectives and practices.
  • 80% travel required.
