Senior Consultant – Human Capital Advisory Services Group (HCAS) – Consulting Department

Our Supply Chain practice is a leader in helping companies integrate business strategy with supply chain initiatives to drive operational excellence. Our deep industry experience encompasses new product development, inventory strategy and integrated demand planning, sourcing and commodity management, manufacturing footprint strategy and operations, distribution network and logistics optimization, and sustainability.

The role will involve:

  • Ensure an overall high quality HR consultancy is delivered to Russian and international client, including: employee administration, rewards, learning & development, culture & engagement, surveys etc.;
  • Accountable for HR stream on the projects: HR process efficiency, HR Shared Service Centers, HR processes automation, Competencies & Grading etc.;
  • Analyze and develop business processes
  • Cooperate closely with clients and involved teams
  • Take part in marketing activities: prepare presentations and proposals


  • +2 years of experience in HR function (management consulting or in the industry with multi-national companies, specifically in operations excellence, business process improvement, or business process automation areas.);
  • Excellent knowledge of Russian labor law (Knowledge of CIS labor low as a plus);
  • Knowledge and experience in deployment of HR tools and methodologies in: employee admin, time management for production companies, rewards (including C&B), learning and development (including career planning, talent pool, rotation etc.), talent acquisition processes;
  • Excellent knowledge of employee admin and reward admin processes;
  • Successful experience in cross functional process execution\ HR Project management experience
  • Literacy in unit budget management: planning, reconciliation, controlling.
  • Ability to work and manage tasks in a fast-paced and high flexible environment;
  • Flexible, problem solving approach and strong team player;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (including experience in presentation preparation and delivery);
  • English language proficiency (writing, oral);

Preffered Qualifications include:

  • Consulting experience \ HR Shared Services Center \ large multi-national consumer company;
  • Experience with HR Software, in particular SAP/SuccessFactors, Taleo, 1C, BOSS-Kadrovik etc.;
  • Experience of work in project solutions (ARIS, Visio, MS Project);
