Senior - Audit Confirmation Center (CQ GDC)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for reviewing the work of the subordinates and ensuring the professional standard of service is maintained
  • Responsible principally for audit related engagements but sometimes undertake engagements of an accounting nature
  • Supervise junior audit staff
  • Report to local manager as direct supervisor
  • Potential for overtime based on client needs and deadlines

The above are core tasks with strong seasonality during the year (most works are in a busy season from Jan to Apr), at slack season, you will be assigned other firm-wide tasks which are different from above core tasks such as Report/Audit working paper related.

Qualifications:

  • Good understanding of PRC GAAP, IFRS and/or HK GAAP, US GAAP and strong IPO related knowledge and experience wherever related to PRC, HK or US is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical and highly commitment to quality service
  • Be mature, initiative with strong sense of teamwork
  • Good project management, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, documentation, presentation and translation skills
  • Must have superior Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Proficiency in other computer applications is preferred
  • Must have superior English competency (i.e., CET-6 communication skill including speaking/listening) 3-5 years' experience in CPA firms, preferred
