Provides dedicated subject matter expert knowledge within product area. Must be familiar with SAP HR Personnel Administration and Organization Management functionality and related configuration. Any knowledge of SAP MRS is a plus. Responsible for configuration, functional testing, issue analysis and defect resolution. Prior production support experience a plus.

Role Specific Responsibilities
- Perform system/application configuration changes as assigned
- Provide expertise in SAP HR as its relates to usage in MRS integration
- Become expert in MRS solution functionality and how used in STAFFIT
- Provide functional support to production users and future customers
- Support testing and cutover activities which include data setup, testing, validation and issue resolution
- Execute LSMW for data loads
- Ability to work independently
- Write functional specifications and work with developers to provide solutions
- Provide 3rd level global enduser support

Education (degree): Bachelor's Degree

Technical Skills
- Senior level expertise in SAP solutions
- Experience in end to end system implementation
- Subject matter expertise in handling producton support issues
- Demonstrates good knowledge of client business and their processes
- Leverages knowledge to understand the current business state of client and recognize gaps caused by change initiatives
- Proofs-of-concept to support architectural approaches
- Demonstrates ability to work with clients and internal team to define specific functionalities
- Ability to leverage proven techniques to elicit and analyze client needs; ability to provide key input into solutions that meet and often exceed client needs
- Executes design activities leveraging knowledge of SAP; Ensures design is consistent with client requirements; Ensures adherence to design standards; Performs technology proofs-of-concept to support design approaches
Other Qualifications
- Advanced negotiation and facilitation skills
- Ability to define operational user and functional requirements within a structured system development lifecycle methodology
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Domain experience a plus
- SAP Certification desired but not mandatory
