Sales Force Effectiveness is a growing area within Deloitte Consulting's global Human Capital practice. It is focused on helping our clients transform their sales organizations by holistically aligning their field force strategies, programs, processes and infrastructure with their business strategies and objectives.
Sales Force Effectiveness professionals help companies maximize the return from their sales compensation, sales enablement, and sales operations infrastructure investments by providing best-in-class services for planning, implementing and supporting incentive compensation and sales operations management processes and tools. In addition to SPM system implementation services, we offer end-to-end solutions including process analysis and design, requirements planning, business case development, analytics support and administration support.
The Sales Force Effectiveness team is currently seeking SPM Senior Consultants with the following experience:
- Bachelors Degrees (BS or BA)
- A broad-based and business-oriented understanding of sales issues
- 4 + years experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Consultant, or Compensation Analyst for a mid-to-large sized organization; or, direct consulting experience
- Experience with systems implementation
- Proficiency in MS Access and SQL
- Willingness to travel at least 75% of the time
- Experience with tier one compensation software products such as Callidus TrueComp, Xactly, Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) module, Varicent, Merced
- MBA or MS
- Experience in financial services, technology, pharmaceutical, or telecom industries
