Work you'll do

As a Project Delivery Analyst in the Forensics and Investigations group you will:

  • Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices
  • Lead and support tasks and portions of the project scope on engagements related but not limited to Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations, Software and Application Development and Maintenance, Financial Operations, and Project and Acquisition Management
  • Perform analysis and diagnosis of client issues
  • Demonstrate a foundational understanding of the client environment and overall project scope
  • Identify and solve problems using analysis, experience, and judgment
  • Independently perform tasks with some guidance to execute a portion of the project scope
  • Support the resolution and documentation of privacy complaints, Privacy Act amendment requests and Other Government Agency (OGA) amendment requests filed with the Division, for the Privacy Office's review and approval. These activities consist of:
  • Coordinating with offices and personnel who may have useful information that will assist in resolution activities.
  • Gathering pertinent data required to evaluate privacy complaints and amendments, to include collecting supporting evidence, for the government's review and consideration. Coordinating the documented resolution of the complaint or amendment request with other offices, for the government's review and approval.
  • Recommending resolution of amendment requests and complaints to the Privacy Division Incident Lead.
  • Drafting response letters for Privacy management officials and Privacy Division Incident Lead.
  • Reviewing and updating internal procedures related to privacy amendment requests and privacy complaint management.
  • Preparing reports on privacy complaints as needed.
  • Updating privacy tracking system routinely throughout the privacy complaints and amendment requests process.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Typically has 1 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience
  • Ability to work independently under general guidance
  • Experience working in teams and in a team environment that is process-oriented and deadline-driven
  • Professional oral and written communication skills
  • Relevant software or application skills to complete job successfully
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

Preferred:

  • Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least three (3) years of privacy analysis in the governmental or non-governmental sector, including experience in preparing privacy related correspondence or documents.
