Organizational Change Management Lead (OCM)

Work you'll do

As a Project Delivery Manager in the Human Capital group you will:

  • Improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the client's mission through the management and guidance of multiple work streams, teams, and clients
  • Support engagements related but not limited to HR Service Delivery, Learning & Development, Communications, Change Management, and Compensation and Reward programs
  • Provide input to key deliverable structure and content, as well as facilitating buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels
  • Direct timely delivery of quality work products for the client
  • Manage engagement risk
  • Provide professional development of junior staff performing the role of counselor and coach, as well as providing leadership and support
  • Support strategic communications and marketing efforts to reach key internal and external stakeholders with targeted messages.
  • Provide advice and guidance to executives on communications strategies, develop mechanisms for effective two-way communications, and support the implementation and evaluation of internal communications strategy using multiple communications platforms.
  • The Specialist also tailors communications to the audience

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelors' Degree in a Human Resource Development, Business, Education, I/O Psychology, or a related field, from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Typically has 7 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience
  • Ability to support engagements of greater than average size and complexity
  • Ability to lead multiple teams and multiple clients with confidence
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Professional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to mentor and manage junior staff and further their professional growth
  • Ability to obtain and maintain TS SCI with Polygraph
  • Six years of experience implementing change management plans utilizing multiple communication tools and techniques. In lieu of a Bachelors Degree, an additional four years experience implementing change management plans utilizing multiple communications tools and techniques for a total of 10 years is required.

The Change Management Specialist will have six years of experience with:

  • Developing tools for effective two-way communications, and supporting the implementation and evaluation of an internal communications strategy
  • Assisting in the development of materials to promote strategic communications and ideas to internal and external stakeholders
  • Reviewing and analyzing training materials and recommend changes based on type of instruction needed
  • Developing tools for effective two-way communications, and supporting the implementation and evaluation of internal communications strategy
  • Evaluating alternative methods, conducting and improving communication processes
  • Developing and implementing a Stakeholder Engagement Plan and Communication Plan

Preferred:

  • Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
