Deloitte have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Administrator to join our dynamic Property & Facilities team within the Technology & Operations Department

About the team

The Property & Facilities team manage the day-to-day operations of a large property portfolio and require a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual to assist with the administration function of the team.

About you

This is a high-energy role that requires an ability to multitask, support the team and be an advocate of high quality in everything you do. To be the the successful candidate you will have

  • A service minded approach with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative within a fast paced office environment is important.
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior administrative role, preferably with a background in facilities, procurement, financial or project administration.
  • Advanced knowledge MS office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required. SharePoint, Visio or Project experience also desirable.

About the opportunity

The position provides an opportunity to work on a wide range of interesting projects in a collaborate environment in one of the largest global professional services and consulting networks.

Core responsibilities include:

Procurement Administration

  • Liaising/Corresponding with suppliers for quotations/lead times etc.
  • Generating purchase orders
  • Processing invoices
  • Maintenance of Supplier Register

Taxsaver Travel Scheme Administration

  • Employee & Supplier correspondence
  • Processing monthly orders
  • Monthly Reports for Payroll

General Administration

  • Document Control – maintaining records; drafting policies and procedures etc.
  • Provide admin support for the property & facilities management team including administrative assistance on a variety of projects
  • Maintaining Property & Facilities intranet pages
  • Relief cover for administration roles within the Technology & Operations department.
