Work you'll do

  • Advises on the appropriate key performance indicators that will influence how an organization drives value from its business function.
  • Assisting with client and team management including proactive value creation activities.
  • Serve as a resource for the team who may execute individually-assigned tasks.
  • Assisting in defining, leading and developing project tasks.
  • Articulating and framing business problems and solutions as appropriate for all client audiences.
  • Facilitating top-down and bottom-up communications and awareness for team members and management.

The Team

From our centers, we work with Deloitte consultants to design, develop and build solutions to help clients reimagine, reshape and rewire the competitive fabric of entire industries. Our centers house a multitude of specialists, ranging from systems designers, architects and integrators, to creative digital experts, to cyber risk and human capital professionals. All work together on diverse projects from advanced preconfigured solutions and methodologies, to brand-building and campaign management. We are a unique blend of skills and experiences, yet we underline the value of each individual, providing customized career paths, fostering innovation and knowledge development with a focus on quality. The US Delivery Center supports a collaborative team culture where we work and live close to home with limited travel.

Required

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
  • 7 + years of consulting and/or IT Security experience.
  • Ability to support engagements of greater than average size and complexity.
  • Experience with leading multiple teams and clients with confidence.
  • Ability to mentor and manage junior staff and further their professional growth.
  • Determine security requirements by evaluating - business strategies and requirements, information security standards, conducting system security analyses, studying architecture/platform, identifying integration issues, preparing cost estimates.
  • SME in Defensive Cyber Operations with experience engineering and/or architecting cyber defensive capability.
  • Solid understanding of cyber defensive architecture and technologies required to protect, detect and respond to cyber threats and attack. Technologies include infrastructure (firewall, IPS/IDS, proxy, network capture), host based security, penetration testing/external assessment tools etc.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to advise clients on technical design and implementation.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Preferred

  • CISSP, CEH or SANS certification
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
  • Prior professional services or consulting experience

  • Must be willing to live and work in the Mechanicsburg, PA area
