Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Technology, Technology Strategy & Architecture, IT Business Management in Dallas, TX and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do

Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies. Manage team providing IT consulting services to clients in the Consumer & Industrial Products industry. Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects. Take projects from original concept through final implementation. Define project scope and objectives. Conduct project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team. Supervise and manage contractual service line agreements, Operational Level Agreements, and Underpinning Contracts, and develop key business stakeholder relationships. Manage teams through design, development, and operations of complex technology environment projects (programs, applications, systems, and infrastructure), and provide a single point of contact for those projects. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables. Manage legacy system modernization projects involving migration to CRM solutions, including mapping current business processes, assessing application landscape and inventory, and engaging in risk analysis and recommendations. Rationalize enterprise IT applications using IT Health Check and IT Cost Reduction methods. Analyze clients' service architecture and define release policy, strategy, process, and schedule. Gather and analyze data to advise clients on the use of emerging solutions, including Cloud Computing, Mobility, and Analytics to add business value through investments. Manage team responsible for performing baseline ITSM maturity assessments and optimizing systems and processes to support delivery of IT services to the business in the ServiceNow platform. Direct professionals conducting mapping of data, processes, and tools, and reengineering core ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Desk, and Configuration in the BMC Remedy tool. Lead team performing detailed application rationalization exercises for manufacturing plants and developing recommendations and risk models towards target state architecture for legacy migration initiatives, including cloud solution fitment and feasibility study in Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services, differential service fitment based on outsourcing and near shoring, and in-house development using .Net/Java technologies. Oversee the analysis of existing processes and related bottlenecks for business, data, and technology architecture, and development of process flows using Provision tool per The Open Group Architecture Forum (TOGAF) standards. Leveraging ITIL Expert knowledge, function as an ITIL Subject Matter Expert and manage teams in adopting ITIL framework to develop IT infrastructure architectures, platforms, and operating models using industry standard frameworks, including TOGAF. Lead team in conducting due diligence, performing data cleansing, and executing activity and attribute mapping of data and processes, including core supply chain processes of strategic planning, demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, order fulfillment, and logistics, by developing process maps in Business Process Model & Notation (BPMN) and using MS Visio and IBM Rational System Architect tools.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering (any) or a related field.

  • Five years of experience providing IT consulting services to clients in the Consumer & Industrial Products industry.

  • Must have five years of experience with:

  • Performing baseline ITSM maturity assessments and optimizing systems and processes to support delivery of IT services to the business in the ServiceNow platform;

  • Conducting mapping of data, processes, and tools, and reengineering core ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Desk, and Configuration in the BMC Remedy tool;

  • Performing detailed application rationalization exercises for manufacturing plants and developing recommendations and risk models towards target state architecture for legacy migration initiatives, including cloud solution fitment and feasibility study in Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services, differential service fitment based on outsourcing and near shoring, and in-house development using .Net/Java technologies;

  • In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree in a stated field plus three years of experience.

  • 80% travel required.
