Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Technology, Systems Integration, Solution and Platform Integration in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do

Manage day to day interactions with executive clients with changes in technology in requirement planning and architecture, testing to deployment, link IT programs to organizational goals. Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies. Manage teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures. Maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients, organize and lead pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process, and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Design and review ETL solutions in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Informatica leveraging back end storage in SQL Server Management Services (SSMS), DB2, and MS Access. Lead systems strategy to develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions and support system implementation utilizing JAVA and .NET technologies. Perform all phases of system development life cycle implementations for large scale custom developed applications built on J2EE platforms and deploying on IBM Websphere and Oracle. Lead requirements gathering sessions using MS Project and Requisite Pro. Lead and manage web-based projects utilizing Java/J2EE, .NET, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, HTML, CSS, XML, and JavaScript and AJAX technologies utilizing Oracle and IBM DB2 databases. Lead business integration efforts and participate in all phases of the project lifecycle from scoping and planning to delivery, and assist with performance testing using Mercury Load Runner. Design and developing software programs in different environments, including client servers, SOA, and performing conceptual and technical designs, using object-oriented analysis and design techniques including Visual Studio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer and Information Technology, Engineering (any) or a related field.
  • Five years of progressively responsible experience providing IT consulting services to clients on behalf of a global consulting company.
  • Must have five years of experience with:
  • Designing and reviewing ETL solutions in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Informatica leveraging back end storage in SQL Server Management Services (SSMS), DB2, and MS Access;
  • Leading systems strategy to develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions and support system implementation utilizing JAVA and .NET technologies;
  • Performing all phases of system development life cycle implementations for large scale custom developed applications built on J2EE platforms and deploying on IBM Websphere and Oracle;
  • Leading requirements gathering sessions using MS Project and Requisite Pro. Lead and manage web-based projects utilizing Java/J2EE, .NET, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, HTML, CSS, XML, and JavaScript and AJAX technologies utilizing Oracle and IBM DB2 databases;

  • In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree in a stated field plus three years of experience. Any suitable combination of experience, education or training is acceptable.
  • 80% travel required.
