Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Technology, SAP Package Technologies, SAP - Supply Chain and Manufacturing (SC&M) in Tampa, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do

Conduct advisory and SAP implementation services for clients to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs throughout the enterprise with the full suite of SAP products. As a first level supervisor, responsibilities include defining systems strategy and support procedures, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, and implementing technology-enabled business solutions. Establish productivity goals and develop work plans, schedules, project estimates, and resource and status reports. Review project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards. Conduct full lifecycle SAP implementations including conferring with clients to gather business requirements, mapping and configuring SAP system to meet business needs, preparing business process design, performing gap analysis against current state system, and developing system requirements. Provide guidance for the design, building and development of SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) solutions through project preparation, blueprint, realization, final preparation and implementation go-live activities. Design, develop and configure the SAP Production Planning (PP) module and integration with other SAP modules including Order to Cash (OTC), Materials Management (MM), Sales Distribution (SD), and Finance. Configure, customize and implement SAP ECC functions including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms and Workflows. Perform go-live support activities including test case development, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, new functionality testing, defect tracking in SAP PP using SAP Solution Manager, and resolve issues that arise throughout the testing process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), Computer Science, Computer Information Systems (CIS), or a related field.
  • Must have five years of progressively responsible experience providing SAP consulting services to clients in the consumer and industrial products industry on behalf of a global consulting company.
  • Must have five years of experience with:
  • Conducting full lifecycle SAP implementations including conferring with clients to gather business requirements, mapping and configuring SAP system to meet business needs, preparing business process design, performing gap analysis against current state system, and developing system requirements;
  • Designing, building and developing SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) solutions through project preparation, blueprint, realization, final preparation and implementation go-live activities;
  • Designing, developing and configuring SAP Production Planning (PP) module and integration with other SAP modules including Order to Cash (OTC), Materials Management (MM), Sales Distribution (SD), and Finance;

  • 80% travel required.
