Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Technology, Oracle Enterprise Solutions, Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS) in Chicago, Illinois and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do

Provide Oracle consulting services to clients in the technology, media, and telecommunications industry. Oversee the development and implementation of Oracle modules and technology-enabled solutions for clients. Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables. Define project scope and objective and develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, and resource plans. Interface with management and business stakeholders to train end users, gather requirements from business, identify business gaps, and build process flowcharts. Conduct project meetings and perform analysis to track project development from original concept through final implementation, including business analysis, developing reports, testing, configuring applications, and preparing functional specifications. Review project proposals, including estimations, resource models, overall roadmaps and timelines utilizing Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Oversee the design and implementation of applications on Oracle Configure Price Quote Cloud, Oracle ERP Cloud, including Order Management Cloud, Oracle Service Cloud, Product MDM Cloud, Oracle eBusiness Suite. Manage the configuration and development of Oracle eBusiness Suite of applications for modules including Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Inventory Management, Bills of Material, Installed Based and Service Contracts to meet business and system requirements using Oracle forms, Oracle workflows, PL and SQL. Provide guidance in transforming manufacturing bills into sales structures by defining guided selling strategies and configuration rules using Oracle Bill of Materials, Oracle CPQ Cloud and Cloud ERP Configurator modules. Responsible for the execution of Oracle-based projects, defining project plans, and reviewing status reporting templates using Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Project Plan, HP Agile Manager and Jira. Review cutover plans, organization readiness assessments and stabilization plans for Oracle CPQ Cloud and Oracle EBS implementations using Microsoft Project Plan, HP Agile Manager and Jira. Supervise the integration of third-party applications with Oracle CPQ Cloud, Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EBS to convert master data elements from legacy system to Oracle EBS. Oversee the design and development Oracle EBS-based custom user interfaces and data synchronization programs to support master data management process. Review requirement and technical specification documents using Oracle Application Implementation Methodology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), Computer Science, Information Technology, CIS, MIS or a related field.
  • Must have five years of progressively responsible experience providing Oracle consulting services in media, technology and telecommunications industries on behalf of a global consulting company.
  • Must have five years of experience with:
  • Preparing project proposals, including estimations, resource models, overall roadmaps and timelines utilizing Waterfall and Agile methodologies;
  • Designing and implementing applications on Oracle Configure Price Quote Cloud, Oracle ERP Cloud, including Order Management Cloud, Oracle Service Cloud, Product MDM Cloud, Oracle eBusiness Suite;
  • Configuring and developing Oracle eBusiness Suite of applications for modules including Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Inventory Management, Bills of Material, Installed Based and Service Contracts to meet business and system requirements using Oracle forms, Oracle workflows, PL and SQL;

  • 80% travel required.
